COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Information on how to enter form part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• Entrants must be over the age of 18 years at the time of the competition.

• Competition commences 7:00pm February 5th 2020 and closes 11.59pm on Tuesday February 11th 2020 Sydney eastern standard time.

• Major prize will be drawn 7pm Wednesday 12th February.

• The winner/s will be notified by telephone or email within three days of the draw. Winner of the major prize will be published on Stacey McCarthy Photography’s Facebook page (facebook.com/staceymccarthyphotography) by 12th February 2020.

• Prize can not be transfered. exchanged or redeemed for cash.

• As a condition of entry, you agree to receive Stacey McCarthy Photography's newsletter, announcements and special offers via email.

• Entrants may only enter once.

• Major prize includes full Maternity Session on Location, full Newborn Session on location, 2 8x10" matted fine art prints, $1000 print credit to be used towards wall art and boutique heirloom products.

• Runner up vouchers to the value of $350 include winners choice of a full maternity OR newborn session and 1 8x10" Matted fine art print.

• All prizes are to be redeemed by 31/12/2020

• Maternity session will be held on location in or around the Macarthur and surrounding areas.

• Newborn session will take place at my home studio in Mount Annan or within a 40km radius.

• Permission for Stacey McCarthy Photography to use any photograph taken for promotional, advertising or competition purposes will be granted as part of your portrait agreement unless otherwise agreed upon.
