Photographing your newborn at home during lockdown

Congratulations on your brand new bub! I know it's devastating that we can't get together just yet to photograph all that newborn goodness, but as soon as this lockdown is over I'll be right there to capture all the special memories for you. And don't stress, I can photograph your baby as a newborn for 6-8 weeks after they arrive so we still have plenty of time.

Would you like to have a go at capturing some lockdown photos of your own? I've put together a little booklet with some tips and tricks for photographing your bub at home, things like lighting, posing and angles.

If you do decide to give it a go please be safe and never ever try poses or things you see professional photographers doing because a lot of times these images are created as a composite of more than one image. Also remember that your images are more than likely not going to look like professional portraits and that's OK too. These will still be memories you can look back on with fondness because you took the time and photographed them with love.
